My Process

Step 1
First Meeting – Our Philosophy
I will meet with you to discuss The Living Balance Sheet® and the four financial domains. I will describe the Fact Finder; data gathering is the first step in the LBS process. This questionnaire is designed to be easy and quick to complete. The completed Fact Finder along with associated financial documents will be needed prior to the next meeting.

Step 2
Fact Finder Review Meeting – Where are you now?
Using the completed questionnaire along with the financial documents you have provided we will discuss your complete financial profile. This is where we make sure we understand your data, goals, and dreams for the future.

Step 3
Design & Strategy Meetings- The Future
Using the information provided from your questionnaire and documents from our second meeting together, we will analyze and map your financial future within the four domains of Protection, Assets, Liabilities, and Cash Flow. We will first discuss your present financial situation then determine the most appropriate strategic solutions for your future using the LBS calculators.

Step 4
Implementation – Expected Results
From the results of our third meeting and our discussions, we will begin implementing the strategies we have agreed upon. These strategies will maximize your wealth creation with a minimum of additional expenditures. The results you should expect are: Increased Protection, Improved Savings, Improved Cash Flow Management, Increased Asset Performance, Increased Debt and Tax Efficiency. The result is financial balance and success!

Step 5
Review & Stress Testing Meetings
The Living Balance Sheet® understands that like life, long term financial needs are impossible to predict. In fact, it is the pursuit of a specific goal that often can get people off track. That is why we continually stress test products and strategies so they can be counted on to deliver in all circumstances. In a nutshell, this defines the uniqueness of The Living Balance Sheet. This is why I will meet with you on a regular basis to review and modify the plan when necessary to reflect any changes in your financial status and recommend implementation of changes when necessary.
